Returns

We accept returns with damaged jewelry only , contacting us in no longer than 2 weeks from package arrival date

If this is the case:

• Send an email with pictures to ammunet@ammunetilah.com

• After we receive your email we will send you the return info

• damage piece can be exchange for the same or any other style

• Discount sales are final

• Sizes of rings & chains are explained in each style, if it doesn’t fit sale does not apply for return , unless we made the mistake with the ring size

Shipping

• The Jewelry is handmade for you please allow from 2 to 3 weeks to start the shipping.

• Once the order is confirmed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the information.

• To insure your package you choose the option at check out.

• We are not responsible for uninsured packages.
